Attract inbound sales calls with prospects that see you as the only solution
Niche Content Boosting for niche consultants and agencies that are tired of churning out Linkedin content that doesn't get clients.
If you’re an agency owner or consultant and you answer yes to any below...
Not enough leads? You’ve spent months posting on LinkedIn but still aren’t getting enough leads ready to buy?
No message? You want to start posting on Linkedin to get clients but don’t know what to say or how to say it?
No time? You don’t want to spend hours engaging daily just to get more impressions?
The following is for you...
What’s the problem?
The Linkedin marketing machine that you were promised...
Agency founders and consultants are told, "Post valuable content, and the leads will come."So they do. For months. They get engagement, feel like they’re onto something—but the leads never come. Instead, they’re left exhausted, defeated, and questioning everything. Was it the algorithm? Was the content valuable enough? Did you engage enough? It turns out, it's likely none of those. The real issue? Your ideal client doesn’t see you as an expert on their specific problem.Your audience of randoms becomes a group of Content Freeloaders, trusting you as a general expert. But they never reach out to buy. Why?
There are 3 reasons that the LinkedIn Content Creator approach fails...
Point of Failure 1: Their content message is irrelevant
Most share their expertise to be seen as an industry expert. But it doesn’t motivate buyers to reach out. What does?Being an expert on a specific problem that a specific person has: in other words, a Niche Expert.People only care that you know a lot about what’s most important and relevant to THEM: their problem. But if you can't articulate their problem, or even define it, why would they trust you to solve it?Think about it: Would you trust a doctor who can’t explain why you have a headache but still recommends $50k brain surgery?Tips, Tricks, & Hot Takes don't connect your ideal client's specific problem with your solution.
Point of Failure 2: Their content doesn't reach the ideal client
Even if your content is perfect, it won’t drive leads if the wrong people are seeing it.1) LinkedIn's algorithm is network-based.It shows your content to your connections—and their connections. Not your ideal clients. (I call this the LinkedIn Organic Reach Gap.)2) Most “audiences” aren’t real buyers. They’re other creators engaging so you engage back.3) In 2025, organic reach is shrinking.More creators + same number of readers = fewer impressions for you.
Point of Failure 3: Their process is unsustainable
With the Content Creator approach, 2 things eventually happen:1) You don’t get results and feel like a failure2) You do get results—but can’t keep up the paceEither way, Content Creation Burnout hits. For most, the LinkedIn grind just isn’t worth the time or money.
The solution? Niche Content Boosting.
Make a small batch of content focused on a strategic problem and boost it to the specific person that suffers from it.
Create Niche Problem Content
Identify the painful, strategic problem your ideal client is stuck in.Then, create a small batch of in-depth content that frames the problem so clearly… they can’t not solve it.Each piece should break down a key part of the issue:→ What’s wrong with their current approach?
→ What visible pains does it create? (e.g., budget waste, confusion)
→ Why do common solutions fail?
→ How does it block them from reaching the desired outcome?
→ Why is your approach the only approach for their situation?Just 2–6 pieces of this kind of content—seen by the right person— is enough for inbound action.
Guarantee the right people see it from Day 1
Use LinkedIn Thought Leader Ads with a small budget (~$500/month) to guarantee your content reaches a niche audience suffering from the niche problem you solve. Most think Linkedin ads are too expensive - but that's only because they use an irrelevant message, for a broad audience, in an extremely unengaging way.
The outcome?
You no longer have to play the Linkedin game
When you’re guaranteed to get the right content in front of the right person, there's no need for engagement tactics:- Kissing ass in the comments
- Creating obvious, generic “entertaining” content
- Filling the content calendar
Sales calls with people that need your solution
When you articulate their complex problem with precision, you become a strategic solution — and strategic solutions don’t get commoditized.→ more high intent inbound calls (painful problems demand solutions)→ higher win rate (prospects see you as the only one that gets them)→ shorter sales cycles (painful problems create urgency)→ you charge a premium price (the more costly the problem, the higher the perceived value of the solution)
Radically different approach = radically different results
Marketing agency case study
$12+ million in qualified high-intent pipeline in first 2 months
With just $600/month in boost spend, a dozen LinkedIn posts, and 3 hours of collaboration, we generated 10 booked calls in 2 months. These weren’t small deals—they had the potential to bring in up to $300k in monthly recurring revenue.

8 months later, this client is:- Still running the same boosted content on auto-pilot
- Spending his time on sales calls and the work he loves

"Dylan has helped me tremendously in not that long of a period of time not just to extract content from my brain and my mouth on video, which is very valuable in and of itself but helping me understand how the world sees my offer and helping me focus on the problem that the market has. The ROI is in the neighborhood of 20 or 30 to 1 in terms of dollars in pipeline compared to what I paid. "Bob London, CEO of Strategic Customer Convos

"I absolutely loved this collaboration! At first, I thought we’d just hop on a few calls and create some solid content. But I quickly realized the POV Clarity calls (Niche Positioning Stage) were the most valuable part. They didn’t just help with content—they gave me real clarity on what makes my agency different and how to position myself as the only solution for the niche problem I solve (Siloed LinkedIn Advertising). Super excited to get this content out and see the results!"Chris Nelson, Founder of InCampaign Agency

FAQ
How much do I need to spend for the boosting?I recommend a minimum of $500 to $800 / month for the first two months. This is enough to determine if it's successful, or if we need to pivot or stop.
How many months does it take to see results?I've seen results in as early as the first week. With that said, we will know with confidence if we should continue, pivot, or stop at the end of Month 2.
Is there a minimum time commitment? No, there’s no long-term retainer. You can leave the engagement at any time, but I require a 1-week notice before your next monthly payment is due.
How many hours of my time will this take each week? This will depend on how clear the problem you solve is from the start. In the preparation stages, it will take about 1 - 2 hours of your time per week. Or, 6 - 16 hours in total across the 1 or 2 months it takes. In the boosting stage, expect only 1 to 2 hours a month of communication.
Can I pay the preparation stage fee in installments?Yes, instead of paying the $2,800 fee at once, you can pay it in 2 monthly installments.
Who does this work best for? This works best for: services that have a large strategic component; experts that are able to clearly explain why most in their category fail to achieve their desired outcome, with proof of having achieved that outcome; consultants that solve a non-obvious problem.
What happens when I need to refresh the content that’s being boosted? If the audience experiences Ad Fatigue, we do a Content Refresh. Content refreshes are usually needed every 5–8 months depending on ad spend and audience size. For a new batch of 8 pieces of Niche Problem Content is a $700 fixed fee.
Aren’t Linkedin ads super expensive? They can be, but only with inefficient strategies that most use:- Broad, unmotivating messages about the brand or generic benefits
- Boring, salesy content
- Targeting a broad audience that might careAfter seeing a typical LinkedIn ad, most will either 1) see you as just another potential solution or 2) will have no idea why they should change what they're doing to use your approach.

FAQ
How much budget do I need for my boosting/ad spend?I recommend a minimum of $500/month for 2 months to determine if it’s working or if a pivot/full stop is needed. It’s possible to make it work for less. I filled my client roster with $350. However, the budget you need also depends on how expensive your target audience is on LinkedIn. If you’re targeting CEOs of companies with 10,000+ people, you’ll need a bigger budget than if you’re targeting Marketing Directors of 20-person agencies.
How is this different from LinkedIn advertising?Traditional LinkedIn ads chase email subscribers and “build trust” with broad, unengaging content that is completely irrelevant to the problem that the ideal buyer has and that the service solves.Niche Content Boosting flips the strategy: We create content that makes a niche audience painfully aware of a non-obvious problem with their approach that they can’t unsee—and positions your solution as the only way forward. The goal isn’t email leads. It’s inbound booked calls and DMs from people who feel urgency to solve the problem you solve.
Can’t I just use a landing page I already have?If your landing page is built around a clear, painful strategic problem and shows that you are the only real solution — then maybe. But most landing pages aren’t set up that way. They talk about services, features, deliverables… not about the root problem the buyer is feeling. Niche Content Boosting requires a landing page that acts more like a story — making the niche audience see the wrong approach they’re using, visualizing how it’s going to lead them to their feared destination, and positioning your unique solution as the only path out. I call this a Niche Offer Page.
Can’t I just boost the LinkedIn content that I already have?Probably not. Most LinkedIn content—even if it’s well-written—falls into one of two traps:1) It gives value, but doesn’t frame the strategic problem—so the buyer thinks, “Great advice... but I don’t see why I need to work with you.”2) It shows expertise, but doesn’t shift their perspective—so they think, “Smart person... but just another {category} expert like all the others.”I call the content we use Niche Problem Content. It’s designed to bridge the Perception Gap — meaning it reshapes how your buyer thinks about their situation and problem, and positions you as an Irreplacable Need-To-Have solution to it. If you simply boost your old posts, you’ll probably get more polite engagement… but not more pipeline.
I’ve never used LinkedIn ads before. Will I still understand everything?Yes, you should. In the course I walk you through the steps of creating a Niche Content Boosting campaign in the LinkedIn Campaign Manager. The steps are very simple compared to traditional LinkedIn ad campaigns. With that said, this is not a tutorial for how to use every feature in the LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
If I change my positioning, don’t I have to change my business around? Not necessarily. You’re not reinventing your entire service. You’re reframing how buyers perceive the problem you solve — so that your service feels urgent and essential, not optional. You’ll still deliver what you’re great at. You’ll just position it around a specific, painful, strategic problem that makes buyers say: "Finally. Someone who actually understands what we’re going through."In short: you’re changing how you talk about your offer — not the core of your business.
What if I'm not satisfied with the course? If for any reason you're not satisfied with the course, send me (Dylan Ciaccio) a DM by LinkedIn or email me at [email protected]. I will give you a full refund.
What if I buy the course and then buy the full Niche Content Boosting service? The price you pay for the digital course would be discounted from the price you pay for the full service.

Can I get my content and landing page reviewed for extra assurance?Yes, when you go to checkout for the digital course, there's an option to add a 1-Hour POV Review Call to your order for $175. Here I'll review:- How clearly and powerfully the problem is framed and named
- Whether you’re positioned as the only solution to that problem
- How well your content and landing page bridge the Perception GapOnce purchased, I will send you a message by LinkedIn to set up a time to schedule it.
